Project Overview:

Following rapid growth over the last decade, Intellias invests into building even smarter and more scalable Marketing organization. Our ambitious growth goals for 2022 will define our need to strengthen our demand generation with the “Allbound” approach, creating a proper balance between inbound and outbound channel mix. To facilitate these plans, we are looking for Head of Outbound Lead Generation, who will be responsible for driving Intellias ICP-based cluster outreach and event campaigns across different verticals and geographies. You will partner with Intellias marketing and sales organizations and lead a result-driven team of Data Researchers, Lead Generators and Event Managers that attracts and qualifies new outbound business to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategies for outbound lead generation to develop a consistent and predictable flow of inbound leads with ultimate alignment with company’s business goals;
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of Intellias key business segments within the Outbound Team, help Intellias Industry Leaders create actionable ICPs and Buyer Personas;
  • Manage creation and extension of ICP-based databases across Intellias core geographies, strategically identify new prospects based on multiple sources;
  • Together with Demand Gen Strategist work on validation on a set of hypotheses for continuous improvement of campaign results; define required toolset, integrations, data management framework;
  • Help increase lead generation on Intellias strategic accounts (part of ABM);
  • Drive output from industry events and Intellias webinars, implement respective digital warm-up and nurturing/follow-up strategies;
  • Design and implement consistent, accurate and timely reporting against main metrics and KPIs;
  • Build integrated plans by partnering with other marketing functions – Communications, Digital and SDRs to create and implement integrated multichannel campaigns with account or person-based targeting.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in outbound lead generation, preferably in Senior or Management roles;
  • Proven track record of an industry-specific (e.g. FinTech, Retail, Healthcare) lead gen goal attainment;
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation software, proven ability to develop high-impact messaging;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills;
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
Higher Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree.
