Responsibilities:
- Being the initial contact point for the employees of the dedicated business unit helping to navigate through the corporate ecosystem;
- Keeping HRIS up-to-date;
- Onboarding&adaptation;
- Performing actions aimed to improve corporate culture;
- Performing employee satisfaction conversations and reporting;
- Assistance with the main activities within HR department;
- Focus on retention activities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as People Partner or HR Manager in IT field;
- Upper-Intermediate (or higher) level of English;
- Understanding of business processes used in an IT company;
- High level of self-organization and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision;
- Outstanding communication skills;
- Multitasking;
- Being a proactive and result-oriented person.
