- Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks;
- Screen and select resumes;
- Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs and create an effective search strategy to recruit candidates;
- Schedule interviews and phone screens;
- Maintain internal databases, related reports;
- Work on different HR/Recruiting projects e.g. applicant tracking system optimization, social networking, career site;
- Job market analyses and reviews;
- Participation in other HR activities.
- Higher education;
- 1+ year of experience on researcher/ sourcer position;
- Excellent data processing and IT skills;
- Strong attention to details;
- Upper-Intermediate English level;
- Desire to develop and grow in recruitment sphere;
- Knowledge of IT market;
- Result-oriented, strong work ethic.
